What we do

Our Services

From single hoist installs to full overhead crane systems — we handle every phase of the job, start to finish.

Hoist Installation
01

Hoist Installation

The right hoist, installed right.

We install electric chain hoists, wire rope hoists, and manual hoists for manufacturing plants, warehouses, and industrial facilities across the Midwest. Every install starts with a structural assessment to confirm your building can handle the load — then we handle rigging, electrical, and final load testing before we hand the keys back to you.

  • Electric chain hoists up to 10-ton capacity
  • Wire rope hoists for heavy-duty applications
  • Manual chain hoists and lever hoists
  • Structural beam and trolley installation
  • Full load testing and OSHA documentation
Crane Systems
02

Crane Systems

Engineered for your facility. Built to last.

We design and install overhead bridge cranes, gantry cranes, and jib cranes sized to your facility's exact footprint and load requirements. Whether you're adding a single jib crane to a work cell or installing a full double-girder bridge crane across a 200-foot bay, we've done it before and we'll do it right.

  • Single and double-girder overhead bridge cranes
  • Freestanding and wall-mounted jib cranes
  • Portable and fixed gantry cranes
  • Runway beam and end truck installation
  • Pendant and radio remote control systems
Inspections & Maintenance

Inspections & Maintenance

Keep your equipment running. Keep your crew safe.

OSHA requires regular inspections of all overhead lifting equipment — and for good reason. Our certified inspectors perform ASME B30.2-compliant periodic and frequent inspections, identify wear and deficiencies before they become failures, and provide written reports you can keep on file. We also offer preventive maintenance programs and emergency repair service.

  • ASME B30.2 and OSHA-compliant inspections
  • Frequent and periodic inspection programs
  • Written inspection reports and documentation
  • Preventive maintenance contracts
  • Emergency repair and parts replacement
Rigging

Rigging

Certified riggers. Complex lifts. No surprises.

Moving heavy machinery is one of the most dangerous operations in any facility. Our certified riggers plan every lift in advance — calculating load weights, selecting the right rigging hardware, and coordinating with your team to execute safely. We handle machinery moves, equipment placement, and complex multi-point lifts.

  • Machinery moves and equipment placement
  • Multi-point and tandem lifts
  • Rigging hardware supply and inspection
  • Lift planning and load calculation
  • NCCCO-certified riggers on every job
